Picasa es un programa de descarga gratuita de Google, que te ayuda a:

• Localizar y organizar todas las fotos de tu equipo
• Editar y añadir efectos a tus fotos con unos pocos clics
• Compartir tus fotos con otros usuarios mediante correo electrónico, impresiones y en Internet mediante Blogger o Picasa Albúmnes web.Es rápido, sencillo y gratis.
• Tiene automatizada la publicación de imágenes en Blogger, aunque en el momento de redactar esta página no se ha logrado el acoplamiento entre Picasa y la versión renovada de Blogger

Requisitos

• Es necesario disponer de una cuenta Google o de un correo GMail.
• Sistema operativo Windows y tener instalado el navegador Internet Explorer, aunque luego utilicemos como predeterminado otro navegador.

• Asegurate des disponer de un correo GMail (por invitación) o una cuenta en Google.

• Primero tendrás que descargarte el programa e instalarlo en tu ordenador, si tienes dudas consulta este tutorial.

• Entra en Picasa, te aparecerá una pantalla similar a esta

• En la columna izquierda aparece las distintas carpetas escaneadas, que por defecto son :

Si quiere que Picasa revise las imágenes alojadas en otros directorios deberás ir al menú Archivo> Añadir carpeta




Localiza en la ventana emergente la carpeta que desea incorporar a Picasa
